I love this movie and I love my sisters. They are both pretty much awesome. I wish the sisters could all live by me, but I would settle for just one living nearby. Unfortunately, none of them live anywhere near me. Booo. But sister Char is here visiting right now and we are having a grand old time.
But now I need some suggestions. I will be turning 30 this year, and I want to have a sisters party/vacation. It is really just for fun because I like hanging out with the sisters; I am just using my birthday as an excuse. I need a relatively inexpensive trip, that we can do in the summer because some of us are in school, and it would probably have to be like a four day trip or something.
I thought about a Mexican cruise, but they are really pricey in the summer compared to the rest of the year. I also thought of a trip to Nauvoo, but I've heard it is really hot and humid in July/August, which is when we are hoping to go, and some of my sisters (*cough-Audra-cough*) are Super Sweaters. So, what are your thoughts? I'm open for any and all suggestions. SISTER PARTY '09-woohoo!

We just drove through amarillo TX and it seems like a nice town..... we are living in Mississippi right now for the summer.
Lindsay, I have been to Amarillo! I drove across the country when I was in college to help a friend move to North Carolina. We stopped there for dinner we had an older couple take our picture in front of the "authentic" Texas BBQ joint we ate at. The funny thing is, when the old lady took our picture, instead of saying "say cheese" she said "say sex!" It was weird.
Oh! If you decide to come to Nauvoo let us know we will come up and say hi!
We do a sisters trip every year and it is my favorite tradition. My favorite one was just when we went to Park city. Summer is "off season" there so you can all share a condo or hotel for pretty reasonable price. Then you have a pool to swim, the outlets for shopping and the alpine slide which is a blast! Downtown park city is really fun too with neat boutiques and stuff and the rocky mountain chocolate factory mmmmmmmmmmmmm... just an idea for boring old utah
Hmmmm I vote to go to San Fran and see Wicked. If none of you have been to SF it is a really fun city to explore and the weather is really nice in the summer:) Poor Audra, I just love her:) haha:)
Chicago! It's fun and has lots of things to go see, maybe you could go see Oprah! or anywhere with a beach is my vote.
How about Seattle?
How about a sisters "STAYcation" this year in Ajo?
josh's idea is the best one so far because then I could come for a day and pretend I am a robison too! j/k (no I'm not)
did you know that there's no place like kansas city?
1. I live here
2. They are opening a new water park, Schlitterbahn
3. It's REALLY close to the "real" zion, Independance
4. I'm here
what more could a couple of girls ask for?
