Josh LOVES blueberry muffins. I have never made them from scratch because he seemed perfectly content with the Betty Crocker ones in a box and I didn't have a really good recipe...until now. I came across the recipe on a roommate's blog and thought I'd try it out. These muffins are SUPER good. Josh gives them a 10 on one of his scales, but as we all know, his scales aren't super reliable (see post below). Anyway, here is a shot of the last one. I was going to take a picture of a few, but there was only one left when I remembered. Also, I made a dozen with one batch. I know it says it only makes 8, but I think they must have used a bigger muffin pan then the standard one. If you try them, leave a comment to let me know what you thought of them.

Don't you love how you can see the details of (my favorite part) the crumbly topping? It's because I took the picture with my new camera I got for Valentine's Day! I have no idea how to use it yet, but it's very nice and way better than flowers. Good job Josh.

Hey! I am pretty sure anything you make is delicious.
So, you feel the need to visit my blog, steal my recipes and not say hello! I am not really mad, but now I need to go make those stupid muffins again.mmmmm. Of course, it could have been a different old roommate that you got your blueberry recipe from, I should jump to conclusions. Also funny, I got a Nikon D60 for Christmas and also do not know how to use it. And lastly, I was going through old pics the other day and found the one we had taken together as roomies at Walmart. It made me laugh.
